How to place an order?

When will my order be delivered?
Domestic
We offer next-day delivery across the UAE. In some cases, delivery may take 3-5 additional days due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL. Orders are delivered within 2-7 business days from the shipment date, depending on the destination. Please note that orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, meaning duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. DHL will inform you of any charges before delivery. Excludes Customs fee, if any.
What payment methods are available?
Bank Transfer, Payment Link (Credit/Debit Card & Apple Pay) – with 2.9% + 1 AED processing fee, and Tabby – with 6.5% + 1 AED processing fee. We do not accept COD (Cash On Delivery) at the moment. Please send proof of payment to process your order through hellolittlebunny.ae@gmail.com.
Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?
Kindly note that all sales are final. Order cancellation is not possible once item has been paid. If the product is defective, you can exchange or return it within 3 days in its original condition and packaging. Please note that this is still subject to availability. For returns, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
Non-returnable items include showroom/store purchases, incorrect items, clearance products, and those damaged by customer mishandling.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please review your delivery details carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately via email, Instagram, or Facebook. Changing the shipping address is subject to courier availability and cannot be guaranteed.
